Orders

Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends), and delivery may take anywhere between 3-5 business days (depending on your location). 

Please be sure to double check all shipping information and include an apartment # or suite # should this apply to your address.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

If you've received a discount code through a special promotion, you can enter it at checkout to apply the discount.

Products

Upon the first light, allow the candle to burn for 3-4 hours ensuring all wax is melted and there is a complete pool of liquid to the edges of the glass. Your wax should cool completeley before relighting. In addition, you MUST trim the wick before every light. This will help with any large flames from developing and decrease any soot (black smoke) from the candle.

At this time, we do not offer personalization to any order but keep a lookout for those features at a later date.

Don't worry. If your candle tunnels at any time, you can do one of two things. The first is to burn the candle about halfway down the vessel. This will help the wax on the sides to melt from the heat of the glass. Secondly would be to use a heat gun to gently melt the sides of the glass pushing the wax into the center.

If the flame of the candle is too high and/or there is soot coming out from the flames, then your wick needs to be trimmed. Extinguish the candle, trim the wick to 1/4" and relight. 

Candles like a clean slate to start from, be sure to trim those wicks before every light!

As part of our "no synthetic dyes" promise, our natural waxes, coconut wax and soy wax, may discolor when they are burned or melted. Natural discoloration is perfectly normal and does not impact the quality or performance of the product.
